"Currently, the formats used in toLocaleDateString and toLocaleTimeString
are hard-coded, but they should be locale-dependent" .. I am trying to
create an upstream bug for this issue which breaks dates for my Firefox 3.0
in Lucid (Notably the X-Marks date sync stamp) as well as Thunderbird 3.0
(contact birthdates). All these dates show up as YY-MM-YYYY due to this
problem.
