Run tools/test.py in release mode with something like -j40 for cctest, as a
result cctest/test-profile-generator/RecordStackTraceAtStartProfiling and
cctest/test-cpu-profiler/CrashIfStoppingLastNonExistentProfile will timeout.
Looks like a race condition.
Reproduced on Linux, didn't tried other platforms.
