New issue 868 by dannycoates: Flush on Log::WriteToFile

It would be nice if Log::WriteToFile would fflush after fwrite.
Reason:
Triggering a heap snapshot with
ResumeProfilerEx(PROFILER_MODULE_HEAP_SNAPSHOT) doesn't always write the
whole snapshot until the profiler is enabled again or the program exits. It
would be nice to see the whole snapshot at once.
Tested on OSX 10.6 with v8 2.4.3
