There is an incorrect assumption in optimization of side-effect free
expressions over int32 numbers.
// If ToInt32 is called on the result of ADD, SUB, or MUL, we don't
// care about overflows.
Result of MUL operation is not necessary representable precisely in 64-bit
double so we have to care about overflows there.
