New issue 987 by [email protected]: ia32 disassembler prints some byte
and XMM register operands incorrectly

In most cases where PrintRightByteOperand and PrintRightXMMOperand (not
implemented yet) should be used, PrintRightOperand is used instead.
Also, PrintRightByteOperand prints memory operands wrongly, using byte
register names for index and base.
