New issue 1069 by [email protected]: Context serialization fails on X64
when functions are optimized.

cctest/test-serialize/ContextSerialization and
cctest/test-serialize/ContextDeserialization has wrongly been assumed
failing because of the missing deoptimization support.
With deoptimization support these are still failing.
