Per https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53598 , after discussion on the
public_webgl list, the Typed Array specification has been updated to leave
unspecified the bit pattern written when storing floating-point NaN values
into Float32Array and Float64Array, and DataView using the setFloat32 and
setFloat64 methods.
Closing this bug as invalid.
