New issue 1243 by [email protected]: Figure out, why replacing enum ->
uint16_t, enum:3 in GlobalHandles::Node breaks Windows build.

r7125 broke windows, I figured out that this was due to the change in
global-handles, see r7131 for the fix. This should be investigated.
