We currently just skip these tests. It would be beneficial to run these
tests with a larger timeout than the remainder of the tests, e.g., 10 times
the timeout. We can hide this behind a flag so that these tests only get
run on the buildbot (where it will help cycle time since we can timeout
much faster on mozilla tests, except a few slow ones)
