Comment #1 on issue 1455 by [email protected]: Catching a termination exception

Looking at this again, I realize I might have been a bit too verbose. My report here is that the comments describing if a TryCatch handler should catch a termination exception doesn't match the implementation. Are the comments right and a termination exception should be caught or is the implementation correct and a termination exception shouldn't be caught?
