New issue 1571 by [email protected]: Improve TypeInfo::ToBooleanType's
return type

Because of several evil cycles in our v8 headers, we can't use
ToBooleanStub::Types as the return type of TypeInfo::ToBooleanType and have
to revert to a plain byte. To fix this, our header will need some heavy
cleanup, making them cycle-free and self-contained, 2 goals worthwhile on
their own...
