Thanks for all this research that you've done. However, I don't think we'll
invest time to fix this issue, for a couple of reasons:
- The shared library build on Windows is not a platform we actively support.
- Building with SCons is deprecated. We're in the process of migrating to
GYP. Please try generating .vsproj files using GYP and compiling those with
VS. If you encounter any problems down that route, do report back, and I'll
be happy to look into it.
- This particular issue looks like it might just be a missing entry in the
corresponding SConscript. If you figure out how to fix it, we'll happily
accept a patch ;-)
Pending further updates I'm closing this bug for now.
