Also confirmed for IE9 and Opera 11.50.
On IE9 and IE10 preview 2 I'm getting
parseInt('010'); // prints 10
What test did you do that showed octal behavior.
Please label this with the ES5 tag. Also, if we keep
the "WorkingAsIntended" status, please label this with the
DeliberateSpecViolation tag. Thanks.
