Even though I expect that the svn userbase in the v8 team to be dwindling, my existing patch should be rather simple to extend my patch for git to also accommodate svn (first check for .svn directory and then use "svn ls" instead of "git ls-files"). However doing the svn checkout for testing would probably take a lot longer than patching itself, so I'd like to pass this on to somebody using svn.
