http://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=1671You are creating an array with 184 million entries. This takes over 700Mbytes on 32 bit and over 1400Mbytes on 64 bit. That is larger than the max size of the V8 heap.
You can try out the gc branch if you want to experiment with the new memory management system.
