For the version of V8 you are using, you also need to
specify "modules" : "1" argument.
But it seems you are using an outdated version, because the code that emits
this error message was removed a while ago:
http://code.google.com/p/v8/source/detail?r=8507, and our protocol
specification reflects the current state.
