GcSafeFindCodeForPc performance compared to bleeding edge

It seems that on new gc branch (at least in debug mode) GcSafeFindCodeForPc
is 1.5 times slower than on the bleeding edge.
This function is not really hot so I am filing this issue with low priority.
Additional investigation is required.
