This has been mostly done, but the resulting FrameInspector class is not
well tested, and leads to crashes. Running the V8 benchmark suite in a
debug build of bleeding-edge chrome with the inspector open, and clicking
on a few things, leads consistently to a sad tab. I'm working on fixing
this.
