here is what you can do to reproduce it
add jsapi
add prototype
add a default google geochart to a html page
run it on chrome
do a refresh & you'll see that the geochart is not rendered properly IF
prototype is included, now remove the prototype reference & run it again &
this time it works
toggle with & without prototype & u;ll see the issue
works on all other browser except chrome on desktop/laptop/android(webview)
