OK, I can reproduce this on Windows with Chrome 17.0.963.56.
However, I don't see how it would be a V8 bug. The HTML document is present
and rendered, you can use the developer tools to inspect it. It contains an
embedded <video> element (inside the <div id="security_statement">); if you
delete this element, the page is rendered correctly. I suggest you file a
Chromium bug at http://new.crbug.com.
FWIW, this does not reproduce on Chrome 18 on Linux.
