I looked through the patch. It did not apply cleanly, so I created a new
change list based on your patch. There are a few things necessary before I
can land this patch:
- I don't have any MinGW instance to test the patch on, please confirm that
the patch at https://chromiumcodereview.appspot.com/9428027 indeed works.
- I'm not familiar with MinGW. Please explain where _TRUNCATE and STRUNCATE
are defined if __MINGW64_VERSION_MAJOR is defined (platform-win32.cc
strncpy_s requires these defines).
