process/clear WeakMaps

The entries in the backing store of WeakMaps are treated as strong
references when incremental marking is active. This can lead to unnecessary
growth in heap size up to the point were we perform a last resort GC.
This is related to issue 2060 and can be reproduced with the test case
attached to that issue.
