Yes, we are planning to merge this back to 3.10 and 3.9 branches (that is Chrome 20 and 19) after we had some Canary coverage. This is already in recent Canaries (e.g. 21.0.1143.0 and 21.0.1144.0). I will take another look through crash reports today.
