New issue 2144 by [email protected]: Provide a way to create
ObjectEnvironmentRecords in the V8 API

To be web compatible we need to use ObjectEnvironmentRecords. Currently we
generate code that has a bunch of with statements but this leaks the
abstraction because we need to inject at least one free variable and that
causes conflicts.
