When enabling lazy compilation for closures with non-trivial outer
contexts, this bug triggers on ARM with mjsunit/debug-liveedit-breakpoints.
This test will temporarily disabled until this issue resolved, so that we
can land lazy compilation. There already is a contributed CL pending that
will fix this issue.
