The main reason for the deopts were some size limits in crankshaft (which
have either been removed or bumped), suboptimal handling of division/floor
(mostly fixed), and missing type information in crankshafted code (work on
this has already started).
Because we don't see many deopts in Mandreel code anymore and the few
remaining ones are handled in separate issues, it should be safe to close
this issue.
