I don't want to install the dependencies I dont need such as python 2.
I need ready to use shared library (dll),lib files and the headers and
maybe some examples. Why do you force the users to install soft they do not
need,to spend time building and fixing building issues instead of simply
downloading.
Also it will be good to make a buils with SSE2 and othe extensions enabled,
because the most of modern processors support them.
