Just a short update, thanks to pliard@ we are down to exactly 3 static
initializers and we have a regression test script in place checking that.
The three static initializers left in are ...
- v8::LineEditor::first_
- v8::internal::AtomicOps_Internalx86CPUFeatures
- v8::internal::ThreadId::highest_thread_id
