Yes, this has been known for a while, it's a bug in glibc 2.15. It's been
fixed in 2.15.1 and 2.16, but neither of those has trickled down to
{Goo,U}buntu Precise yet.

From the V8 side, this is WAI. The best we can do is mark the test as
failing on x64-debug, but as long as our buildbots run Lucid that's not
urgent :-)
(In case you're wondering, the test passes in Release mode because GCC then
emits an inlined version of fmod instead of calling out to glibc.)
