Please follow the instructions at
http://code.google.com/p/v8/wiki/D8OnAndroid to compile d8 for Android.
This process is tested often and, to the best of my knowledge, works.
If it still doesn't work for you, please tell us which revision of V8 you
have checked out. There have been several rounds of changes over the past
few months.
