New issue 2334 by [email protected]: VS 2012: Unable to start
program "build\Debug\All"

After installing all dependencies and compiling successfully V8, I got an
alert message box from VS 2012 For Desktop:
"Unable to start program '[V8]\build\Debug\all'.
The system cannot find the file specified."
I always get this error message after I've compiled V8 (even when it's
up-to-date)!
But the library is still built so it is only a minor issue.
