Log: MIPS: Generalize calling to C++ on stub deopt

Original commit message:
Remove code specific to KeyedLoadICs in DoCompiledStubFrame on all
platforms, driving stub frame translation by the register parameter
information found in a stub's CodeStubInterfaceDescriptor.
