Here are two patches that add rtti=on and exceptions=on as I requested
above. These are requirements of pyv8, the v8 python wrapper. The
requirement originates with pyv8 using boost-python.
These patches satisfy all the requests that I made in the original problem
report above.
Sorry for uploading it so many different times. The earlier ones are
either incorrect or incomplete. This one is complete.
