Description:
Separate output files for --trace-hydrogen.
The output filenames have now the
form "hydrogen-<ProcessId>-<IsolateId>.cfg".
Minor cleanup on the way.
Note that we have a similar bug regarding statistics, but this will be
handled
in a separate CL.
