Is this even possible/safe to optimize away? Maybe if neither arguments nor
eval appear in the function body?
I haven't the specs, and I doubt they decribe this kind of behavior in
detait, but I have seen various usages of this GC property to keep
something alive, I think one of them was an ES5-only WeakMap implementation.
