Investigated it further.

1. This problem is very sensitive to gc_interval. With my changeset the
only value that works is 10 (e.g. set gc_interval to 1..9 => no crash)
2. Without v8 at previous revision (r14284), mksnapshot fails with the same
exception for gc_interval=9:
$ out/ia32.debug/mksnapshot.ia32
--gc_interval=9 ./out/ia32.debug/obj.target/v8_snapshot/geni/snapshot.cc
ends with the same crash. Maybe GC folks could take a look?
