The only bot where I see the flakiness because of insufficient profiling
interval is Win debug
(http://chromesshgw.corp.google.com/i/client.v8/builders/V8%20Win32%20-%20debug%20-%201/builds/4053/steps/Check/logs/stdio),
two other failures on Linux64 and Mac are related to a bug in the profiler
I mentioned above. I'm trying to figure out what causes that failure. As
for Win debug I think the scheme you described above would help.
