ScriptNameOrSourceURL has this comment:
@return {?string} script name if present, value for //@ sourceURL comment
otherwise.
However the code actually implements:
@return {?string} script name if the script has a line or column offset,
otherwise the value from //@ sourceURL comment if present, or finally
{?string} script name if present.
So it always looks for a sourceURL and returns it in preference to
the .name.
