The similar problem is present for the setMinutes() function.
The code
var end_of_time = new Date(2013,0,1);
var begin = new Date( end_of_time );
begin.setMonth(begin.getMonth() - 12);
for( var clock=begin; clock<=end_of_time; clock.setMinutes(
clock.getMinutes() + 5)) { print(clock) }
loops forever at March, 11.
using UTCMinutes is a workaround for now.
Tested with trunk.
