Here is an example with a good description
https://github.com/angular/angular.js/issues/2624 where we see many objects
being retained only by v8 internal structures. Starting browser with
--js-flags="--nouse-ic" fixes the problem. I've just checked that the issue
reproduces on
Google Chrome 29.0.1506.0 (Official Build 199639) canary
