Steps to repeat:
String.prototype.indexOf = function () { return -1; }
Function('){function foo(', 'throw 2 }')
Expected result: SyntaxError because the formals are invalid.
Actual result: function created with source:
function anonymous(){function foo(
/**/) {
throw 2 }
}
