now in ES6 specification:

Object.setPrototypeOf() exactly spec'd the way I've patched it here except
it should throw on non proto objects too.
If you want me to push another patch let me know, thanks.
Please put this in ASAP so we'll stop having fragmentation in node, mobile,
Chrome, etc ... thank you!
