One note, at this moment, "new Array()" is exempt from your flag, since it
gets
carved out special lower in VisitCallNew(). To repair that would be
cumbersome,
I think...you'd have to pass the flag down into the hydrogen new array code
stubs as a minor key. Means generating even more copies of those stubs. I
would
say, don't do this at this point, because we'll almost certainly inline the
array constructors, at least the 0 and 1 argument cases.
