Hmm... I tried to follow
http://dev.chromium.org/developers/contributing-code and 'git cl upload'
created https://codereview.chromium.org/16093041/ , which seems...odd (for
example, the "BUGS=" links to the wrong thing). Should I have been using
svn instead of git?
