Now that we have generators and for-of in place it is time to make Arrays
iterable.
To make Arrays iterable we should add
Array.prototype.entries
Array.prototype.values
Array.prototype.keys
Array.prototype.@@iterator
15.4.3.25 - 15.4.3.28 in the latest ES6 draft.
Maybe we should split out the @@iterator part into a separate bug since we
need to lay down the ground work for @@iterator first (needs to be shared
between all realms)
