New issue 2723 by brandon.benvie: GeneratorFunction Class name
is 'Function' instead of 'GeneratorFunction'

`Object.prototype.toString.call(function*(){})` returns '[object Function]'
instead of '[object GeneratorFunction]'. The relevant ES6 specification
section is 15.19.3.3.3 GeneratorFunction.prototype [ @@toStringTag ].
