New issue 2726 by [email protected]: Out-of-memory fatal error despite
v8::V8::IgnoreOutOfMemoryException()

The attached program runs a script that causes V8 to raise an out-of-memory
fatal error even though v8::V8::IgnoreOutOfMemoryException() had been
called for the isolate.
Tested on Windows with V8 3.19.10. Stack attached. Error message:
