I think this is sound: at this point in the code the only time we ever put
an
allocation memento after an array is because the array has an ElementsKind
that
is interesting to track (SMI/SMI_HOLEY). Why bother checking for and
bailing out
in the presence of a memento if there is a different elements kind? There
is no
system component that expects us to make use of the memento in that case.
