I think this bug has reappeared, or at least I'm getting it; with
statements in nested functions are producing ReferenceError's. I'm using
version 28.0.1500.95 of Chrome.
I wrote a little tool to compile some of Mozilla's nicer JS features into
ECMAScript, and I use with statements heavily in my generator
implementation (I needed coroutines).
