https://codereview.chromium.org/22802013/ fixes part of the issue. However,
after applying the patch, the test "cctest test-api" fails a few test cases
further. The reason can be demonstrated here:
out/ia32.debug/cctest JSONParseNumber IsolateEmbedderData StaticGetters
IsolateEmbedderData tears down the isolate, which causes StaticGetters to
fail.
